Barry is a qualified solicitor with over 20 years’ experience as a top-level advisor and negotiator in a wide variety of legal matters.
His work principally involves running accident claims through the Injuries Board procedure, and through the Circuit Court and High Court. Barry has a proven track record in achieving excellent results on behalf of his clients through negotiating settlements with insurance companies and progressing claims to Court where liability is in dispute. He holds a Certificate in Civil Litigation from the Law Society of Ireland.
Barry has a wealth of experience in dealing with all types of property transactions, including residential and non-residential property and holds a Certificate in Commercial Conveyancing from the Law Society of Ireland together with an Advanced Certificate in Agriculture awarded by Teagasc. Over the years, his work as a property solicitor has earned the practice a reputation for completing transactions in an extremely efficient manner whilst maintaining the highest levels of service.
Barry also previously acted as an Adjudicator/Mediator with the Private Residential Tenancies Board and has extensive experience dealing with disputes between landlords and tenants.
Barry is a member of the Law Society of Ireland, the Dublin Solicitors Bar Association, the Kildare Solicitors Bar Association, Business Network International (BNI) and the Newbridge Chamber of Commerce.
