Sarah Pierce


Sarah qualified as a solicitor in 2006 having graduated with a Bachelor of Arts (1st class Hons) Degree from NUI Maynooth.

Sarah has recently joined our team having spent many years practicing in the locality. A Kildare native, Sarah has both invaluable and extensive experience in family law and conveyancing having specialised in those areas for over 10 years.

Sarah advises clients in respect of all aspects of family law and endeavors to achieve the best possible outcome from the outset of a case. If an early settlement is not attainable, Sarah represents clients at District Court, Circuit Court, and High Court levels and advises clients throughout the duration of the litigation process.

Sarah also advises in relation to all conveyancing matters in particular residential conveyancing with regard to the purchase, sale, and mortgaging of property.

Sarah also advises in relation to Landlord and Tenant issues and holds a Certificate in Conveyancing from the Law Society of Ireland.

Sarah holds a Diploma in Family Law from the Law Society of Ireland and is a former Honorary Treasurer of the Family Lawyers Association, of which she continues to be a member. Sarah is also a member of the Law Society of Ireland and the Dublin Solicitors Bar Association. Sarah currently serves as a Committee member of the Kildare Solicitors Bar Association. Sarah also holds a Diploma in Commercial Litigation from the Law Society of Ireland.
