About Barry
Barry is a qualified solicitor with over 20 years’ experience as a trusted advisor and negotiator in a wide variety of legal matters.
His work principally involves running accident claims through the Injuries Board procedure, and through the Circuit Court and High Court. Barry has a proven track record in achieving excellent results on behalf of his clients through negotiating settlements with insurance companies and progressing claims to Court where liability is in dispute. He holds a Certificate in Civil Litigation from the Law Society of Ireland.
Barry has a wealth of experience in dealing with all types of property transactions, including residential and non-residential property and holds a Certificate in Commercial Conveyancing from the Law Society of Ireland together with an Advanced Certificate in Agriculture awarded by Teagasc. Over the years, his work as a property solicitor has earned the practice a reputation for completing transactions in an extremely efficient manner whilst maintaining the highest levels of service.
Barry also advises in relation to the drafting of wills, the administration of estates and the drafting of various trusts and the creation of powers of attorney and enduring powers of attorney.
Barry also previously acted as an Adjudicator/Mediator with the Residential Tenancies Board and has extensive experience dealing with disputes between landlords and tenants. He was previously a member of the Residential Tenancies Board Enforcement Panel.
Barry is a member of the Law Society of Ireland, the Dublin Solicitors Bar Association and the Kildare Solicitors Bar Association.
